Crom Valen, surely you wouldn't write off a property on the basis that you don't like the previous tenant.
There's either gold there or there isn't, with a new board, new management and fresh money from punters wanting to give it a go what's with your comments.
You are a non holder and you don't rate the opportunity, why are you bothering having a go at the new tenant of a building that doesn't even know it exists.
