Running a public listed company isn't a popularity contest, and as much as you deem it doesn't warrant an announcement, information released to the public, under the ASX listing rules is via the ASX MAP's system. You said yourself that you should get a twitter account, basically meaning if blueskymine01 didn't share the "twitter" posts then you would be none the wiser of their progress.

Under listing rule 3.1 Continuous Disclosure:
Any information concerning it, that a reasonable person would expect it to have a material effect on the price of the securities of the entity, they must notify the ASX.......

BUT, Posting a quick update on the company's web site would be far more applicable and acceptable, yes?

On one hand you have a shareholder relying on the company to release information via the approved channels ..... sitting here twiddling his thumbs wondering how things are going, were there any holdups (considering COVID, etc) has weather hampered the drilling progress, and why is the share price appreciating.
versus
On the other, some shareholders (along with any other person) following GNM/Mineral Intelligence on "twitter" have additional information, don't have to guess where or what progress has been made, and could be the reason the share price has appreciated because they bought more/in.......

Seen it all before, where do you stop thinking it is ok that the company doesn't stringently follow listing rules ?
