Absolutely. You don’t bring forward a cash outflow like this unless you are bullish on what’s underneath the surface, especially as a thinly capitalised junior miner. Sounds like the vendors wanted liquidity and GNM was happy to provide...at the right price. 50% early bird discount no less. What would be even more bullish is if the tenement/project vendors rolled that $ into GNM stock.
