I agree @Investie - they are an unknown quantity as far as treatment of profits go. My decision to run with them was based on the metrics and I allowed for the possibility that they might even go for a CR in the not too distant future due to their commentary on wanting to get more heavily involved in the eastern states market. There are some fairly big infrastructure projects being mooted (interconnectors) and these will require some investment in heavy equipment otherwise they will be subcontracting at heavy hire rates. I see more of a total return in this stock in the long term. Patience will be needed.
