I've been watching closely and there is a pattern of distribution. It looks to me like it is a player with a fair holding that is offloading. That price prediction of 39c may be a tad ambitious if they have more to sell.
Once they are out of stock it should bounce back.
Some buying looks to be coming back as I type this.....
