If the Information Memo is genuine, who are the underwriters?
Who is there to verify all the claims of ownership etc ? Has there been a roadshow, or visits by the Chinese party to Australia, and who is there to verify their authenticity ?
It seems a very "persuasive" vehicle to raise a few million of cash, then GCN can survive and continue the comedy?
