What I don't understand is what, in the way of cash, GCN has put into this venture. So why does it have any claim on the assets at all?

True, there claims in the GoGreen report that: "GCN works closely with Go Green Holdings to apply its strong IPTV experience and media expertise to add significant value to Go Green Holdings in the China market."

GCN's strong IPTV experience? Media expertise?

GCN must be joking. It 'experience' has produced no results for itself. Just look at its balance sheets and at http://www.uctv.fm

If I were GoGreen's directors, I would see GCN's past performance as the kiss of death in the field of IPTV and media.
