The company is trading as a going concern raised by its Auditors, Has what looks like a legal challenge going to be raised by Hunter for 2.5 million claim for misinformation, Owes 2.5 million to the ATO and still owes another 3.5 million to Skill Hire all with a Market cap of 4 million dollars.
