It's becoming more clear that the skill hire merger was never really a merger as skill hire has taken all the cash from the merged entity from the start basically they received 50 percent of the company and 10 mill cash. Still wants to pull another 3.5 mill from this with whatever means possible and will probably wind it up as soon as possible after that I'd they can to get rid of the liabilities the re emerge the company owning 100 percent.
