I still question the administrative ability of the PLP team.
They announced on 10th December that results would be available in approximately 2 weeks time. Giving them the "Lab is closed for Christmas" excuse is much too generous.
What, did Christmas sneak up on them when they weren't looking?
How about an update then?
Reminds me of when they forgot to renew our lease to one of our tenements - how much did that cost us?
