As for how the market reads it - well, the price trend has been chugging along the horizontal all year. Even stays on the horizontal today, after the announcement. But then perhaps that's explained by the ASX not marking today's complex announcement as price sensitive. That's how the ASX has been reading GCN's announcements for some time.

Thanks for your advice that we should move along because there is nothing so see. Well, I for one am not going to give up my seat at one of the most interesting shows in town - while it lasts.
