Interesting comments. Apart from the MD, the previous exploration team was based out of Orange. Covid restrictions are nearly meaningless with a locally based team. A quick glance at the ASX releases of central west NSW-based companies sees a flurry of activity over a continuous basis. I had a sense with the previous MD that there was a focus on advancing Lewis Ponds to feasibility. As an addition there was also a focus on building resources and discoveries as seen with the impressive record of releases. We can only hope that GRL proves a sizeable resource at Narraburra, however I think there was a very good reason why the drilling and the resource is shallow. An old contact of mine mentioned presence of sulfide bearing base metal ores nearby where REE was also enriched. Acids are generally used to extract REE so oxidation of sulfides may act to enrich REE in weathered granite. There is ample open file data and research papers that GRL punters can review on Narraburra. The NSW DIGs system has open file reports where the resource was proved to approximately 55 million tonnes. If in fact historic drill holes did not fully test the weathered granite we could have a winner here as grades as they stand are a tad light compared to the major Australian deposits.
