Cheers mate, I am a glass half full type of guy.
I do actually share your thoughts on the time we have taken to get real traction, having said this, I do believe that we had a misfire with previous management that did not live local, I do not wish to discuss this.
I feel that a clock reset is needed, we have been through a torrid time with Covid, travel restrictions and just a simple difficulty to do business remotely will have impacted on past results.
Now we have Jeneta and it is my hope that the
local resident team have the knowledge to take us where we need to go, I do believe they are capable, that they have the motivation to do so.
For me the clock starts again at June 2021, I know this will be very unpopular, I am an extremely impatient person and I have had to learn a few lessons regards this.
We are now positioned with a magnificent suite of resource opportunities that we know a lot about. Each one in its own right is a company maker and we need to work them all, which will cost money.
I agree that our current financial resources cannot get us far, a dip into the jar will be needed, I like you feel this is an unavoidable part of the journey.
Our market Cap of +-$11 million is in itself an opportunity, understanding our significant resources and having the right team in place should pay dividend. I see this as an opportunity.
I agree that our presentations coming through with timelines is a very welcome progression and it holds management accountable to KPI.
I think Ian has learned from GRL and GRL and KAL will benefit moving forward.
I was aware of ASM at listing and sat on my hands,
I watch from afar unfortunately.
I suppose my optimism for our rare earths is a hope that we could do the same here, maybe, maybe not. Time will tell.
