Management have put a cap on the costs to earn our 75% share of the rare earth project.
Management have ensured that the capital cost of the project for buy in is possibly less that today, because our share price will likely increase and the payment in shares is restricted to total value at a future share price, not the number of shares.
If I understand this deal correctly, and I think I do.

I consider this smart negotiation by the board.
I know nothing about these resources so have to believe in management on their selection.
I do know that RARE EARTH projects are going to be extremely sought after in future, they are already.
