to clarify:
to receive priority or be first in the queue to buy additional Goldophin shares you needed to be an ARL holder by 1st Nov
to receive in-specie shares (free Godolphin shares) you have until the 5th Dec to buy ARL shares. This however can change if they close the IPO earlier than the 29th Nov.
From my conversion with Ian it seems Godolphin has alot of interest and could close earlier than the date in the prospectus!!
On top of the free shares i will receive i have decided to buy even more Goldophin shares once we can make our offer on the 6th Nov.
This is going to be a very exciting IPO and GOLD is in high demand.
Godolphin already has a JORC established. They will be proving up more gold over the next few months with the millions they will have in the bank!!
$1 could happen very quickly after listing.
