Please see the first sentence in the picture. It’s directly from the announcement & is on page 4 under the heading ‘Process and timetable’.

Inside or outside Australia, we can all get good exposure to nickel, cobalt & scandium etc* & also get some shares in a gold etc company by buying shares here. Of course we can also wait until Godolphin is born & buy shares directly in that if we wish.

*platinum group metals ( known as PGM’s ), among others.

I don't think it's necessarily true.

"Any foreign Ardea shareholders unable by corporate law to participate in the in-specie distributionwill have their in-specie shares sold and the net proceeds paid to them."

I'm quite sure that it's nothing in my country's law that prevents me from getting my distribution. But maybe different depending on which country.
