Interesting announcement,

I have a few concerns here but potentially unfounded. Happy to be corrected

Firstly the positives:
Someone has made the decision that Doug was not helping to generate the required experience and potential in the REO's and potentially not the Gold copper reserves either and has stepped aside. This benefits the company as it saves money on operational costs.

This shows the company is interested in positioning itself for a future goal of some sort. So future planning is a positive.

Chris Hartley has some experience in the field that GRL are position

Negatives:
Chris Hartley at appointment in Bloom was operating under a private company so we can not see how successful his specific time was in relation to the public market prices. The initial IPO of bloom happened in 2018 and Chris supposedly worked there in 2011. The company did raise 1 billion in venture capital money and now earns 300million approx a year in revenue. Still in negative profit margin. The price of Bloom was approx $19 per share with market cap of 3.71 billion in today's figures.

Since then Chris has worked in Platina resources and that has a share price of 1.9c with market cap of 11.25 million where by visuals from the share price has not increased the share price notably. I might be being harsh and things may not have been in his control.

1 last negative is the saving we had by removing a non exec director is no not there and potentially without checking salaries has been added to additional costs of salaries.

To end the post in a positive light Chris potentially has the ability to form a positive shift and help the new direction that GRL is heading. Potentially with his USA experience and technical knowledge he may also have contacts in USA who would be interested in the GRL project. All we can do is wait and see. Would love to get other peoples opinions on this topic
