Id say so, depends on how people read the announcements etc. If people read it expecting an instantaneous cash boost of 11m then i think those people would be upset.
Generally a stock will fall on an ann that says "oh but wait".
Id expect a small drop and then an increase back after additional positive news. At lease there is interest in the land we have
