CXU closed at 3.8 cents today the issue was at 4.5 cents so 0.7 cents so 18% on todays close which is a substantial premium. If CXU went to a broker to raise capital today they would only get around 3.2 to 3.5 cents a share which is a larger discount.
I paid the premium because CXU is good value and I was more then happy to pay the premium price of 4.5 cents to put my money were my mouth is. CXU is well managed and has a brilliant future with great assets.
