This Baby is ready to run...I seen this many times in 30 years with penny explorers. They go from no where to 4c... Hang around the 4 to 8c and then climb into the 10s and Booya ....Look at LTR...and PLS where they were..I used to trade PLS for 3c.. old hands should remember..
