One thing I hate is when business (especially pre-profit) hedge their bets and fail to focus on their core product. ESS should be 100% focused on their Lithium. Either park this project or sell it, preferable sell it. Use the capital to expedite Dome.

Diversification by a speculative company is purely a self preservation tool by management - investors don't require this diversification as its done at portfolio level.
