The chairman doesn't hold 1 share in the company. If he was a good chairman he would put some skin in the game. Top 20 will be under water big time. Unfortunately most Management teams don't pay enough attention to market dynamics. Like I've said before if they came out with the game plan they would have stopped the rot. One announcement mentioning the word cash would have done that. Any dilution down here, and the top 20 will be up the creek without a paddle.
