did you visit the site and clearly identify the security shortcomings - if so, please elaborate? are you an expert in mine security? if so, why don't you blame thieves for stealing gold?
how exactly do you reason that a thief or thieves are not to blame for the reason of poor security? have you heard the primitive proverb of the cats and uncovered meat?
