Hard to really read anything into it either way tbh but it reads more like that there are promising signs and will be drilling more holes to fully define the system. They were never going to announce a discovery based on visuals alone, especially given that they have govt. interest in the project - will be dotting the i's and crossing the t's before doing so is my guess.
