Reckons he can deliver to Gladstone port benficated bauxite for a cost of between $25.00 and $30.00 and selling it FOB for $50 a ton
Seems a very low cost considering the cost to port for hematite ore in the Pilbara is around $50.00
There is potential for this to be a 5MTPA project and with low CAPEX due to using contractors to do crushing with their own gear, and port and rail space available.
He needs a decent offtake agreement to get this going which he admitted.
