It was very heavily implied (if not outright stated) that AUZ holders would be rewarded with shares in this new company. Now there's a lot of ways that could be done - some of them might include a discount to retail, buy 3 get 1 free, options etc. but merely "Ahead of the retail queue" ain't one of them!
