I do not see a problem with the proposal but am left wondering why they did not choose to off load 100% and retain royalties should they ever get into production.
As far as BB and AUZ go, I take comfort from the fact BB has hooked his wagon to AUZ and see this as demonstrating his confidence in the future of AUZ.
Just a thought..
