David , as we know there are loads of variables and assumptions made to come up with any figures to speculate on 20 year returns for LOM. AUZ will have a 7 year+ 6 year option with SK if they agree on the outcome of AUZ Sconi BFS. We can look at a couple of recent IRR benchmarks of CLQ and ARL to see what we may be looking at??
CLQ: Internal rate of return post LOM post tax 19.1%
ARL: 2.25 MTA expansion study shows IRR shows 27 % but further back in the last ann there is another table using 100 year average Nick/Cob pricing and the IRR is 18% for the LOM.
I would be very happy if AUZ BFS demonstrated around 20% IRR for LOM. IMO
