From my perspective I didn't buy Into AUZ hoping for free shares. I can see how some are disappointed. I think it's best the way it is and AUZ holds the interest. There is stIll an Indirect benefit to AUZ shareholders
I did read in a quarterly release that shares will be given to shareholders and able to be traded from day one of asx listing. From memory I believe it's the December quarterly. Again this was all done when Ben was on his lonesome with no senior support staff. Was not present at the AGM and shareholders have the right to feel disappointed.
