Eventually the market will wake up that commodities is now where it is at. Especially commodities with tight supply. Precious metals, critical metals and REE's in particular. These trade/tariff wars are only going to increase their appeal and prices and the geopolitical issues are going to expand. I hate to say it but so are global conflicts in order to gain access to these commodities. The entire composition of the global economy has now shifted completely. Tech, property, pharma etc are all destined to re rate much lower. The peaks and bull markets are now over in those spaces as we head towards a likely depression IMO. NASDAQ is getting hit hardest so the market is starting to understand this too. Those countries with the physical commodities win, as they create everything they require to keep transitioning and growing. Now retail need to wake up and put their money there too. Once that happens, stocks like DRE will take off.
