Exactly how I see it. I work in a job that has a massive skills shortage and they’re not bringing in any skilled workers, mostly uber drivers and food delivery drivers. My home town is currently over 50% Indian owned from the last senses, will be much higher at the next. This is no longer the country previous generations got to enjoy.
Yes it’s government but the boomer generation would vote out any party who was going to abolish negative gearing ensuring houses remained an investment. Houses have gone from 4x the average wage to well over 8x. Not that the average wage is a good indicator as median wage is far below and that best represents the majority of the situations out there. It’s not every boomer but the majority. Well for your sake I hope they don’t bring in the inheritance tax they’re trying to force on us.
Both parties need to be burned to the ground.
