Attached are the exceptions to the reporting rules. Exception to rule 3.1
From this, I feel the reasons why the 23 assays have not been released is because of 'The information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation" If read broadly could be due to 3rd Party issue.
There certainly is a reason why they haven't released it yet. It will be my first question I'll ask at the conference.
