Proactive overlooked telling readers that Spectrum is a "sister" company to KRC and that it has some common Board members. SPX gave up a "world class" rare earths project in the NT. It has few $$ in the bank, owes its Directors annual salary and probably more and is being lumbered with a potential 51% ownership of a caste off application exploration licence.

The story is of little value to KRC or SPX shareholders.

The best thing Proactive can do is encourage KRC to start bringing out assays for drilling and field work undertaken some weeks ago. That may be a really good idea. But it may have grave consequences for shareholders. As I've said before, KRC has a habit of racing good news to the market but being very slow to deliver poor results in the drill core. It appears that the same slow release is happening again. I hope I'm wrong for shareholders sake.

Geff the only way for KRC is down now IMO unless there is a lot of gold reported in the next notice to the ASX.

Finally, where is Kempfield that Proactive has referred to in its final para? I have never heard KRC refer to a Kempfield before.
