Did you see who vended the assets in to this company?
They have maintained interest in the JV and taken stock in AVI... I suggest you do some research on David Ransom (Acorn Capital).
I took stock in the placement at 1.6c - I am free and able to sell them as I wish. I have not. No pump and dump here.
