The directors over the years have had regular Cap Raises and the net result also eroding shareholder value. I think you Nailed what I was alluding to yourself. There was a brief period when "Pioneer Res", [as ESS was then named] run by the over remunerated D Crook sold of some Caesium that Pioneer stumbled on. I would like to know what the benefit of blowing thousands of dollars on a name change was supposed to achieve. Did someone on the Board have a direct or indirect interest in a marketing company?
