The claim that McPhillys is "progressing" will probably raise a few eyebrows, I agree.
Imo if there are social and/or environmental issues impeding the advancement of the project the Reserves should be written off until there is more certainty, as it doesn't meet the requirement of a Reserve under JORC.
The Resource still stands and can be reported, and the Reserve can be reinstated if approvals and social licenses are given, but currently there is no McPhillys' Reserve imo.
