Plus Kazatomprom came fully online with cheap uranium and flooded the market.
I think Vimy are a possibility of coming online in this next run more then TOE as the management have a clearer idea of what they are mining.
Some of the press releases TOE come out with leave a lot to be desired...
ps. I was a broke backpacking on the last uranium bull market and completely missed out
