The geo team they (Major holder Balaton) have had access to & data Rooms over the past 5+ years are going to prove invaluable going forward.

I'm watching their near term neighbor appreciate 100% over the past few months with inexplicable no of shares traded daily & can only surmise a precinct level of development around the Pine Creek area has been a long time planning. In fact of anyone, I could probably put together a half decent timeline.
