The JV announced that ovet $4mil would be paid in 4 installments. So are those funds going to go to AEE ? or going to stay with the new JV 50% owned gold company? Interesting if AEE shareholders get some free shares or discounts in new company to sweeten the deal or wishful thinking.
It would be good if someone could give some input about the JV proposal structure. There is no performance targets mentioned or a share price of the new JV company being discussed.
If AEE of getting 1,000,000 shares on the new company, I think that is a bit low.? AEE should get at least 3 or 4 mill free shares, or free shares linked to performance targets, or (as seen in some deals) a small percentage of mineral profits extracted if the project proceeds to become a mine. Just some ideas to ease investor sentiment.
