although i hold some SXX, i decided to buy a small amount of DTR after only recently reading the Board anticipates strong participation in the Rights Issue by the Directors and/or their related entities (Director Shareholders), including the full take up of its entitlement by the Non-Executive Director, Mr Mark Johnson, who directly holds 11.85% of the issued capital of the Company, and the Board also anticipates the full take up of its entitlement by the Company’s largest shareholder, Southern Cross Exploration NL (SXX), which holds 39.95%.
