Yeah I would agree that there's potential for +1.5Moz once everythings drill tested. The key will be primary orebodies at depth and whether they are economical. I think the current resource of 260Koz only covers 150m of depth from surface. I'll try and find the reference and paste it on another post. In the meantime look at the cross sections for the old RC holes MG10 and then MP-14. MG10 is about 125m north along strike of the Cross Fault hot spot and ends in mineralisation at 50m depth. The hit is just about 25m @ 2.00 g/t Au from 25m to EOH (see cross-section below). This hole needs extending obviously to see what lurks beneath (if anything). Same can be said of MP-14 (2m @ 1.85g/t from 42m; and 2m @ 2.25g/t from 46m and ends in mineralisation) which is nearly 400m north along strike from old RC hole MG10. What's the potential beyond the 50m depth limit of MP-14 and MP-15 (see cross-section below). So you can begin to see that if we get some depth hits and continuity along strike it is possible to quickly add ounces. How many more, well, only the drill bit can reveal that. As a rank armchair amateur (no geo), I think its unlikely that we'll find 1Moz orebodies straight up (cause big primary orebodies are just not found everyday haha!), but nonetheless I think there's a real possibility that we can snag a few smaller orebodies with a bit of luck that could propel us to an over 1Moz resource.
