I've said it all along, they need to bring in a young gun executive director/ceo whose strength is on the corporate side including dealmaking, negotiation, capital/financial management, strategy etc etc. A hard type, head kicker style whose an absolute alpha dog at doing business and protecting shareholder interests (especially us loyal long-term mug retail punters haha!); no softc*cks allowed. You can't expect the big man to do everything and be a master of it all as well. Thats just not fair. He needs help on the corporate side. There's no escaping it given the performance of the company these past few years which lead to the last two dismal CRs. The sad part was that the big man had the most to lose and did so suffer by losing a big % of his company with that heavy and unnecessary dilution. Hopefully the new Chairman has a young gun corporate type waiting in the wings. AIMHO (DYOR).

I guess the alternative may be to marry up with another similar junior which may have strengths on the corporate side but lacks in on-ground operational strengths. Obviously there would need to be other synergies as well. I think corporate activity makes sense and I see it as a possibility. After all, I speculate that the price is being massaged into place at around the 8c mark. But why? Who knows. Only time will tell I guess. AIMHO (DYOR).
