I don't think we can measure OZM's success based on another company's journey. I think we can only compare OZM's progress to itself 1 month ago, 6 months ago, 1 year ago etc. From this you can begin to see that there has been some positive progress over time. When you plant a seed, you don't get a tree overnight. Yes, you need to nurture that seed and there will be ups and downs, and refinements to optimise growth (so-called growing pains). Some seeds grow fast, some take time, some need more of this fertilizer, others more of that fertilizer, more sun, more pruning etc etc. OZM is on its own timeline and its job is to keep nurturing, to keep growing, to keep moving forward. You just can't plant a seed, sit back and rely on luck to get the job done either. You need to always be onto things and quickly make the necessary adjustments or changes to ensure growth and forward progress (you can't rely on luck in a constantly changing world). I think the board refresh has been one of those necessary changes and we can't expect miracles overnight, but I think we can expect to hopefully see their positive value-add in the coming months. There will always be companies ahead of OZM, which seem to have it easier, which seem to be moving faster, which seem to be doing better, but that does not mean OZM is losing. OZM's success will be dictated by it becoming the best version of itself not by whether it is better than DTR or LKY or whatever the shiny toy of the day is. Hopefully OZM hits some HL puberty soon and puts on a growth spurt haha! AIMHO (DYOR).
