He's only been there less than a month haha! You gotta give him a chance over a bit more time I reckon. I think its a bit unfair to expect instant miracles. On the other hand, I think that (no longer new) non-exec director's honeymoon period is over so we need to see value-add very soon. OZM seems stuck in reverse gear for now and I reckon OZM still needs a young gun executive directors/CEO who kicks ass on the corporate side of things! AIMHO (DYOR).
