This spec end of the market can be kinda shady they may have had some sort of commitment to the Sopho/insto investors they raised the funds from to continue drilling so they had some sort of market to offload at a profit to. If they just shut up shop to conserve cash not sure they would be able to raise funds from this source/broker again.
