I feel the Board would have every justification in asking the ASX and ASIC to examine whats behind this blatant and arrogant price fixing.The Board should refuse to register the shares concerned until they got a response.And I support Rtheks suggestion of a share buy-back. I iterate my concern we have circa 20% in the hands of nominee coys,especially Citibank and we have Golden Crane who most certainly will be following the dictates of the CCP. The CCP/China want to get their hands on reliable supplies of gold[and silver]. This is the same technique they used on NKP. However,that company was registered in Bermuda and even tho' shareholders took legal action,it had to be done there.The judgment wasn't in their favour-[surprise,surprise.] At least we can do battle on home soil.
If this malarky continues,I fear we'll have to take action to protect our investments.
