A strong sell off of HRZ on a very high volume. It might be that some larger holder sold (potentially for reasons not related to HRZ), but this we might know at the end of the week if Mr Kalgoorlie posts an update of the top 50 or top 100 holders. In general, I see just one minor issue with todays release. The grade on the Boorara ore. Compared to the modeled 1.24g per ton, we got in the first 50.000 tons only 0.79g per ton. But as shown in the additional data, the grade is going up in the next stockpiles and after the start up phase we should get to the higher and expected grade levels. For this we need to wait few more months. If we look however what was achieved over the past few months, its overall very positive. - We have a strong management and we got two additions, which will help to work on the FS and the refurbishment of Black swan. Both new team members bring a lot of expertise - Gold price close to 5000 AUD per ounce means, the Boorara toll mill might bring 60-70 million, which should be enough for the Black swan work - As shown in todays news release (Phillips Find), management is very flexible and goal oriented, so from that respect all fine - The key now is besides generating enough cash from the toll milling to prepare a good feasibility study and get the Black Swan running as soon as possible. If they get it running and start to produce 70-100.000 ounces a year, the valuation should reach (using current gold price) some 0.7-1.3 Billion. If all goes according to plan we should get there in 2 years time. I added some shares also today. GLTA.
