Thanks mate! Great job, I gave you a great analysis for that one. You went beyond what I mustered up in 15 mins and clearly a lot more accurate. However, at the time, I was just proving to a couple of posters that we would have a decent profit from both mines, who were labelling my statements as incorrect. I just wanted to clear that up so I did a quick compilation based on reading the announcement alone. Also, thanks to @Chaka1988 who contacted the company and cleared up that Boorara is 100% profit from now. That is something we both did not anticipate, as well as a lower AISC - $2800aud AISC, instead of the higher AISC which I used in my brief calculations.
In light of all this, I have now upped my profit from both projects to a minimum of $60,000,000.00aud with the way gold prices are anticipated to go with the verge of these USA tariffs being implemented, Asia responding with their own tariffs, shipping lanes in distress, the Middle East escalating, particularly with Iran now. Plus, record central bank purchasing of gold, potential of gold tariffs, and retail yet to wake up to the buying opportunity. It looks more bullish by the day.
Nice to see a slight rebound today after yesterdays surprise sell off. Although a long way to go yet before we get to a fair value in light of the profits coming in during 2025, especially when you compare to our peers who have all gone on crazy runs. We must be one of the next IMO.
