That was the estimate from POS based on the BFS info. It was subsequently revisited and stated at 46 weeks not inclusive of any contingency / power issues that were uncovered.
I always thought G6M was a good example at the time. They went to hell and back to get mining and cap raise after cap raise ensued as the estimates for both costs and timelines were no where near realistic (as I understood it from a long way away). They go there and then the $hit really hit the fan.. look at them now.
Based on what POS was saying, other have been through etc Id see no way they could do it the right way in under a year.... Although if you throw enough money and people at something....
