Mt Bevan going ahead and news about how profitable mt Celia is would be good, but I suspect two more things would drive up sp: dividends upon sales of gold. Then, once SP is respectable having caught peoples' attention, if NMDC puts 10% or more of its shares on market. Then the spectre of privatisation might dissappear (without the 90% required to unilaterally make it so).
Just a thought or two.
